Description

A refreshing and easy dessert combining watermelon, lime, tequila, and sorbet.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons tequila (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or simple syrup
  • 1 pint lime sorbet
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine watermelon, lime juice, tequila (if using), and agave nectar in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow pan or ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours, or until solid if using ice cube trays.
  5. Scoop the frozen watermelon mixture into glasses.
  6. Top each glass with a scoop of lime sorbet.
  7. Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the tequila.
  • Adjust sweetness to your preference.
