A refreshing and easy dessert combining watermelon, lime, tequila, and sorbet.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons tequila (optional)
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or simple syrup
- 1 pint lime sorbet
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, lime juice, tequila (if using), and agave nectar in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow pan or ice cube trays.
- Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours, or until solid if using ice cube trays.
- Scoop the frozen watermelon mixture into glasses.
- Top each glass with a scoop of lime sorbet.
- Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the tequila.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- You can make the watermelon mixture ahead of time and store it in the freezer.
