- 1 package ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken or tofu, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
- Optional toppings: corn, nori, chili flakes
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in sesame oil.
- Divide cooked noodles into bowls.
- Pour the garlic butter broth over the noodles.
- Top with sliced chicken or tofu, green onions, and a halved soft-boiled egg.
- Add any optional toppings as desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add chili flakes to the broth.
- Ensure garlic does not burn when sautéing.
