Ingredients

- 1 package ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken or pork, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 cup spinach
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in sesame oil.
- In a serving bowl, combine the cooked noodles, broth mixture, sliced meat, green onions, corn, and spinach.
- Top with the halved soft-boiled egg.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- You can substitute any protein you prefer.
- Fresh herbs like cilantro can be added for garnish.
