Instructions
- Combine white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge.

- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add an extra ounce of pineapple juice.
