Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or container.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Stir before serving. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
Notes
- Add a splash of coffee or espresso for a true latte flavor.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra treat.
