Instructions

- Stir in the peppermint extract.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
- Immediately sprinkle the crushed candy canes evenly over the chocolate.
- Let the bark set at room temperature for about 5 minutes, or until firm.
- Break the bark into pieces.
