Description

Rich chocolate fudge cups layered with peanut butter and crushed Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.
  3. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a smoother fudge, ensure all chips are completely melted.
  • You can use any flavor of Oreo cookies you prefer.
