- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate small bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the Oreo mixture into the bottom of each liner. Press down gently to form a crust.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- For a firmer fudge, you can add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter.
