- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 drop green food coloring
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Optional: Whipped cream and green sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Beat until well combined.
- Stir in the green food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and green sprinkles if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, add an extra drop of peppermint extract.
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
- Chill the pie for the recommended time to allow it to set properly.
