A quick and easy single-serving chocolate peanut butter cake made with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt to the mug.
- Stir until just combined and no dry lumps remain. Do not overmix.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake is set. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a few chocolate chips to the batter.
- Serve with a dollop of extra Greek yogurt or a drizzle of peanut butter.
