Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the Greek yogurt and chocolate chips (if using).
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through. Cooking time will vary depending on your microwave.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- You can add a swirl of extra peanut butter on top before microwaving.
