- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, dill, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the olive oil mixture.
- In another small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning mix.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan-ranch mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
