Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, combine vegetable broth, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the miso paste with a ladleful of the hot broth until smooth.
  4. Stir the dissolved miso paste back into the pot.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes, do not boil.
  6. Strain the broth if desired for a smoother consistency.
