Ingredients

- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or lemon juice at the end.
- Use your favorite type of mushrooms, such as cremini, button, or shiitake.
