  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
