- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg to the dip mixture.
- If you prefer a spicier dip, add a dash of red pepper flakes.
- You can prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it. Bake it when you are ready to serve, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
