Description

A simple and refreshing mango pudding recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, pureed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth.
  2. Add milk and condensed milk to the saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the mango puree.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving dishes.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk.
  • Garnish with fresh mango cubes or mint leaves.
