- 1 ripe mango, pureed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Add milk and condensed milk to the saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the mango puree.
- Pour the mixture into serving dishes.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk.
- Garnish with fresh mango cubes or mint leaves.
