- 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined and a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the Christmas sprinkles.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- If desired, dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
Notes
- For softer cookies, bake for a minute or two less.
- You can add a few drops of food coloring to the dough before adding sprinkles for extra color.
- Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
