- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Return tofu to the pan and toss to coat with sauce. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through.

Notes
- Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
