- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apple.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
