- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Add cooked chicken or ham for extra protein.
