A simple and comforting broccoli cheese casserole recipe.

- 1 pound broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook broccoli according to package directions until tender-crisp. Drain well.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Add the drained broccoli to the soup mixture and stir to coat.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder to the cheese mixture.
- If using fresh broccoli, you can steam or boil it until tender-crisp.
