Description

A quick and easy omelette featuring avocado and toast, made with only five ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1 slice toast, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the skillet.
  4. Cook until edges begin to set, then gently lift edges and tilt pan to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  5. Sprinkle toast cubes and avocado slices over half of the omelette.
  6. Fold the other half over the filling.
  7. Cook for another minute until cheese is melted and omelette is cooked through.
  8. Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
  • Use your favorite type of bread for the toast.
