Description

Quick and easy chocolate lava cakes made with only four ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two ramekins.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Nutella and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in the flour and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  6. Let cool for a minute before inverting onto plates. Serve immediately.
