Description

A quick and easy stir-fry using ramen noodles, a protein, and a vegetable.


Ingredients

  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 1 cup cooked protein (chicken, beef, tofu)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add cooked protein and mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add drained ramen noodles and soy sauce to the skillet.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve immediately.
