Description
A quick and easy stir-fry using ramen noodles, a protein, and a vegetable.
Ingredients

- 1 package ramen noodles
- 1 cup cooked protein (chicken, beef, tofu)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add cooked protein and mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add drained ramen noodles and soy sauce to the skillet.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute any vegetables you have on hand.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
