Quick and easy BBQ chicken quesadillas made with just three ingredients.

- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over two of the tortillas.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Top with the remaining two tortillas.
- Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your preference.
- Add your favorite cheese, such as cheddar or Monterey Jack.
