3-Ingredient BBQ Chicken Quesadillas

Description

Quick and easy BBQ chicken quesadillas made with just three ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce.
  2. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over two of the tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken mixture.
  4. Top with the remaining two tortillas.
  5. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your preference.
  • Add your favorite cheese, such as cheddar or Monterey Jack.
